How do I pay for my order?

You can pay by using any major Credit / Debit card, Paypal or via Bank Transfer. Please read more here.

Is it safe to use my credit or debit card?

When you make a payment for your online shopping at Sekretza you will be transferred to either Paypal or SagePay to process your card transaction. Both of these companies use highly secure 128-bit SSL Server Certificates that encrypt your credit card details. If you place your order by telephone, our policy is to keep the card details in a paper record until we have taken payment successfully – after which, the card details are shredded and disposed of. If you choose to place another order with us, you will need to provide these details again. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Read more

Do you accept International Orders?

Yes we do. We ship to customers all around the world using our reliable logistic partners, Fedex, TNT, UPS and DHL. We have experience in packaging these delicate items and our shipments are fully insured with the couriers.

VAT Deductions & Customs Clearance

Spanish VAT (Value Added Tax) of 21% is already included in our prices and this amount will be deducted at checkout once you select a country for delivery outside of the European Union.

Depending on the country being delivered to, there may be duties imposed by Customs.

Custom’s paperwork which lists the value and description of the goods dispatched is provided by Sektreza. Any taxes, duties or levies is payable and must be paid by the customer in order to receive the goods.

We accept Euros, US Dollars and British Pounds. To change your currency, please select the currency menu on the top left of the site to your desired currency.

How do your package and ship my order?

Is my shipment insured?

By default, we insure all shipments due to the fragility of the products we offer. If the piece is of a very high value, we can offer you a custom insurance plan. 

Will I be able to track my order once it is shipped?

Yes, we have an integrated tracking system that will keep you informed right the way through the process via email and SMS. No matter if it’s shipped through Fedex, DHL, TNT, UPS, you can check it from the convenience of your Sekretza customer account area.

Can you gift wrap my order?

Sure! If you would like it gift wrapped, please select this option at the checkout. If you wish, we can also add a personal note card to the order as well. This can be entered at checkout also.

What is your returns policy?
