We ship to every country in the world. We offer competitive rates for countries outside of Europe that are not included in the free shipping promotion.

All shipments to countries with customs clearance conditions will be: Incoterm 20 (DAP):
Sender: transport
Addressee: clearance, duties and taxes

Free Shipping to Europe

We are able to offer free ground shipping on nearly all orders to countries in Europe (except Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Cyprus, Corsica, Greece, Iceland, Faroe Islands, Kosovo, Malta, Macedonia, Montenegro, Russia,Turkey and United Kingdom) on orders over €200. Shipping Costs

The costs of shipping to each country can vary. The best way to get the latest shipping rates we offer is to add the products to your cart and proceed your shopping cart where you can select your country to estimate shipping costs.

Packaging & Insurance

All of our products are packaged with a lot of care to ensure that you receive them intact. Due to the nature of the items, they are quite delicate and all shipments are insured as standard. If in the unlikely event your product arrives broken or damaged, we ask that you follow the instructions here.

Which courier companies do you use?

We ship by Fedex, UPS, TNT, DHL, GLS, Rhenus Logistics (for heavy and large items on pallets). Less frequently, we use Correos (Spanish postal service)

Can I track my shipment?

Yes, our system includes a delivery notification system that will not only allow you to log in to see the progress of your shipment, but also you will receive regular notifications by email and SMS during the shipment process. We use this same system ourselves to ensure that we know when you receive your product. The only exception to this tracking system is when we use Rhenus Logistics – at the moment they do not offer a public tracking system so any status checks on shipments can be requested manually to [email protected]
